Terms of Service

TradeVisor is owned and operated by CODOK LTD (codok.co.uk). References to "we", "our", or "us" in these terms mean CODOK LTD.

By accessing or using TradeVisor, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

TradeVisor delivers AI-powered market analysis and predictions across 21 trading pairs spanning forex (majors and crosses) and commodities (precious metals, industrial metals, and energy). The service includes scheduled predictions with technical and fundamental analysis, on-demand AI Scans you can trigger any time using Scan credits, an economic calendar, and performance analytics. Some features are offered through an optional TradeVisor Premium subscription, and individual scheduled predictions may require an active subscription, a Scan, or watching a short ad to view the full signal. All output is for informational and educational purposes only.

TradeVisor offers an optional auto-renewing subscription, TradeVisor Premium, which unlocks the full scheduled predictions for all pairs, removes ads, and includes a monthly allowance of Scans.

• Price & billing period: the current price and billing period (e.g. monthly) are shown in the app before you purchase and may vary by region. A free introductory trial may be offered to new subscribers.
• Payment: billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account (or, on the web, our payment processor). Payment is charged on confirmation of purchase; for a free trial, no charge is made until the trial ends.
• Auto-renewal: the subscription renews automatically for the same period at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged within 24 hours before renewal.
• Free trial: any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
• Manage or cancel: at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings (or, for web subscriptions, in your account on our website). Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period — you keep access until then.
• Price changes: if we change the price, we will notify you and, where required by the store, obtain your consent before the change applies to you.

A Scan is a credit that triggers one on-demand AI analysis, or unlocks the full detail of a scheduled prediction. You can also unlock an individual scheduled prediction by watching a short rewarded ad, and scheduled predictions continue to be delivered to your app either way.

Scans come in two forms: purchased Scans (bought in Scan packs — permanent, they never expire) and a monthly subscriber allowance (included with TradeVisor Premium, which resets at the start of each billing cycle and does not roll over). Allowance is spent before purchased Scans. Scans have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are tied to your account.

Purchases (Scan packs and subscriptions) are processed by the Apple App Store (iOS), Google Play Store (Android), or our web payment processor under their billing terms; we never receive or store your payment-card details.

Except where required by your local consumer-protection laws or by the store's own refund policy, Scans are non-refundable once used, and subscription payments are non-refundable for partial periods. If a Scan fails on our side before producing a result, the credit is automatically refunded to your in-app balance. Billing and refund disputes should be raised with Apple, Google, or our web payment processor; failed-Scan disputes can be raised with our support.

TradeVisor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the app or its content
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Resell or commercially exploit our predictions or analytics

TradeVisor tracks the performance of its own AI-generated predictions. We display statistics based on actual market outcomes. We do not track, monitor, or have access to your personal trades or trading accounts.

We strive to maintain continuous service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Market data availability is subject to market hours and third-party data provider status.

All content, algorithms, predictions, and analytics are owned by CODOK LTD and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may delete your account at any time through Settings → Account Information → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeVisor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the app.

These terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
