TradeVisor is owned and operated by CODOK LTD (codok.co.uk), the data controller for the purposes of this policy. TradeVisor ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application and website.

By using TradeVisor, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

• Account information: Name, email address, and authentication details when you create an account
• Usage data: How you interact with the app, including features used and time spent
• Device information: Device type, operating system, and app version
• Notification preferences: Your push notification settings
• Analytics data: Anonymized usage patterns to help us improve the experience
• Advertising identifiers: A device advertising ID used by our advertising partners in the mobile app — see the "Advertising & Marketing" section
• Purchase & subscription data: When you buy a Scan pack or subscribe to TradeVisor Premium, we receive the store transaction identifier, product identifier, country code, and your subscription status and renewal/expiry date from Apple/Google (or our web payment processor) via our purchase-processing partner — never your payment-card details

• Deliver AI-powered market predictions and analytics
• Send push notifications for predictions, alerts, and updates
• Track and display our prediction performance statistics
• Improve and optimize the app experience

We share limited data with trusted third-party service providers that help us operate the platform — including authentication, cloud hosting, push notifications, and analytics. These providers are bound by strict confidentiality obligations and only process data on our behalf.

With your consent, we also share limited technical data with advertising partners. On our website this is a third-party advertising/analytics pixel; in the mobile app this is a third-party advertising network, which serves the ads that help keep TradeVisor free. See the "Advertising & Marketing" section below for the data involved and how to manage your consent.

To promote TradeVisor and measure the effectiveness of our advertising, our website uses a third-party advertising/analytics pixel. The pixel loads only after you accept marketing cookies in our consent banner.

When enabled, the pixel collects:

• IP address and browser/device information
• Pages viewed on tradevisor.co and basic interaction events (e.g. page views, sign-up clicks)
• Cookies that may identify you if you are also logged in to the provider's own platforms

This data is sent to the advertising provider and processed under its own privacy terms. The provider acts as an independent controller for advertising measurement and audience-building purposes.

Withdrawing consent: you can withdraw consent at any time by clearing the consent choice via your browser's site data settings, or by using the controls described in our Cookie Policy. Withdrawing consent will stop the pixel from loading on future visits but does not delete data already shared with the provider.

In-app advertising (mobile app). The TradeVisor mobile app uses a third-party advertising network to display ads — including in-app native ads and optional rewarded video ads you can choose to watch to earn free Scans or unlock a prediction. The website does not use the in-app ad network, and the mobile app does not use the website pixel.

The advertising network and its partners may collect and process:

• Device advertising identifiers (Apple's IDFA on iOS, the advertising ID on Android)
• IP address, device type, operating system, and app/ad interaction events
• Approximate (coarse) location derived from your IP address

Personalised vs non-personalised ads: on iOS, the app shows Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before requesting your advertising identifier. If you do not allow tracking, ads are still shown but are non-personalised. For users in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland, a certified consent form is shown before ads load.

Managing consent: you can change your choice at any time — on iOS via Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, and on Android via your device's advertising settings. Advertising data is processed under the network's own terms.

Our advertising & analytics partners: we work with established third-party advertising and analytics providers, and the specific partners may change over time. You can request the current list — together with links to their privacy policies — at any time by emailing support@tradevisor.co.uk.

When you buy a Scan pack or take out a TradeVisor Premium subscription inside the mobile app, the purchase is processed by the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android); web subscriptions, where offered, are processed by our web payment processor. We do not receive or store your payment-card details.

Through our purchase- and subscription-processing partner, we receive the store transaction identifier, product identifier, country code, your subscription status and renewal/expiry date, and the resulting Scan balance so we can validate purchases, manage your entitlement, and credit your account. We also store a log of how each Scan credit is consumed (which pair was analysed or unlocked, and when) so we can support refund requests for failed Scans.

We do not use purchase or subscription data for advertising.

• Bank-level encryption for data in transit and at rest
• Strict server-side access rules restricting database reads and writes
• Secure authentication via Google and Apple Sign-In
• Regular security reviews and updates

• Access: Request a copy of personal data we hold about you
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data
• Deletion: Delete your account and all data via Settings → Account Information → Delete Account
• Portability: Request your data in a portable format
• Opt-out: Manage notification preferences or unsubscribe from communications

You can permanently delete your account directly within the app. Navigate to Settings → Account Information → Delete Account. This action is irreversible and will remove all your personal data from our systems.

• Market data providers: Real-time and historical market data for analysis
• News aggregation APIs: Financial news sources for sentiment analysis
• In-app advertising network: In-app advertising and rewarded video ads in the mobile app — personalised only with your consent
• Purchase & subscription processing partner: Manages and validates in-app purchases and subscriptions on iOS and Android; never receives payment-card details
• Web payment processor: Processes web subscriptions where offered; payment-card details are handled by the processor and never shared with us
• Website advertising/analytics pixel: Website advertising measurement — only with your consent

TradeVisor is not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or via email.
