What's the difference between Premium and Unlimited?+
Both unlock every AI signal in full, ad-free, with full-detail alerts across all 21 pairs. Premium (£14.99/month) includes 10 on-demand Scans a month; Unlimited (£29.99/month) gives you uncapped Scans — analyse any pair, any time, with no monthly limit.
Can I cancel Premium anytime?+
Yes. Premium is an auto-renewable monthly subscription — manage or cancel it anytime from your account settings, and your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Do Scan credits expire?+
No. Once you purchase a pack, the credits sit in your account indefinitely. Use them at your own pace — they work alongside Premium too.
Can I get a refund?+
Scan credits are consumable digital content — once a Scan has been started, the credit is non-refundable (standard for consumable purchases), except that a Scan that fails on our side before delivering a result is automatically refunded. Subscriptions and all purchases also follow the App Store / Google Play refund policies and your local consumer-protection rights. See our Terms for detail.
Where can I subscribe, and is the price the same everywhere?+
You can subscribe on the web (tradevisor.co.uk) or in the app on iOS and Android. The web is the cheapest — Premium £14.99/month and Unlimited £29.99/month — while the App Store and Google Play carry their own (slightly higher) pricing set by the stores. One account unlocks everything across all your devices, wherever you subscribed.
Does my account work across devices?+
Yes. Premium status and Scan credits are tied to your TradeVisor account, not a device. Sign in on any iOS or Android device and everything follows you.
Is Premium available on the web?+
The mobile apps are the primary surface today. A web version of TradeVisor is rolling out — when it ships, Premium and Scans will sync to the same account, so your access works everywhere.
