Pricing questions, answered

Is TradeVisor free?+
Yes — scheduled predictions, analytics, the economic calendar, and notifications are completely free, no subscription. Scan credits are only needed for the on-demand AI analyses you trigger yourself.
What's the difference between scheduled predictions and Scans?+
Scheduled predictions run automatically multiple times per trading session across all 21 pairs — those are always free to view. Scans are on-demand: when you want a fresh analysis on a specific pair right now (outside the schedule), you spend 1 credit to trigger the AI analysis engine and get the result in seconds.
Do Scan credits expire?+
No. Once you purchase a pack, the credits sit in your account indefinitely. Use them at your own pace.
Can I get a refund on a Scan pack?+
Scan credits are consumable digital content — once a Scan has been started, the credit is non-refundable (this is standard for consumable in-app purchases). Two exceptions: (1) if a Scan fails on our side before delivering a result, the credit is automatically refunded to your balance, and (2) Apple, Google, or local consumer-protection law may issue refunds regardless of our policy. Are the prices the same on iOS and Android?+
Yes — £2.99 / £10.99 / £29.99 (UK) with equivalent local pricing in other regions, set automatically by the App Store and Google Play.
Can I share credits across devices?+
Credits are tied to your TradeVisor account, not a specific device. Sign in with the same account on any iOS or Android device and your balance follows.
What about subscriptions?+
TradeVisor has no subscription. The model is intentionally pay-as-you-go — you only spend when you want a fresh analysis on demand. If you're happy with the free scheduled predictions, you may never need to buy a pack.
Will Scans be available on the web?+
The mobile app is the primary surface today. A web version of TradeVisor is in development — when it ships, web Scan purchases will sync to the same account balance as iOS and Android, so credits work everywhere.
